Below is a list of procedures and policies that pertain to all of the BRYC travel fields. These polices and procedures are to be followed to the letter! A downloadable version of these can be accessed using the link on the left.
Woodson East & West - Practices
- The goals should be locked AND ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR PRACTICES. If you see goals not in their proper place, please return them to the fence and lock/secure.
Woodson West - Games
- Unlock the goals and place in proper location. GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED. There are large stakes and washers in the shed that are to be used to secure the goals.
- Corner flags are in the shed
- Return the goals to their proper location and lock after all games are completed. Stakes and washers should be placed back in the shed.
- It is the responsibility of the BRYC team with the first game on the field to RELINE THE FIELD!!
Pine Ridge - Practices
- Nets for full-sized field remain up at all times.
- DO NOT use the small-sided nets for practices. Use only the kickbacks during practice.
- Kickbacks must be returned to their designated location at the end of each practice. The last team to return kickbacks needs to LOCK UP the kickbacks!
- Clean up trash
Pine Ridge - Games
- Nets will remain on the goals for the full-sided field ONLY. Corner Flags are in the BRYC shed. Shed is green wooden shed located in the parking lot near field #6 and next to the large Sea-tainer.
- Small-sided nets are in the shed and must be put up (by BRYC team with first game on the field) and taken down (by the BRYC team with the last game on the field) each game day.
- Corner Flags must be stored in the shed when not in use.
- Clean up trash
Robinson - Practices
- Each team will have a 40x40 grid to use unless there are less than 6 teams.
- Use only the kickbacks during practice. Please ROTATE the location of the kickback during your training session. NEW POLICY (PLEASE READ) - DO NOT SET KICKBACK IN ANY OF THE PENALTY AREAS.
- Kickbacks must be returned to their designated location at the end of each practice. The last team to return kickbacks needs to LOCK UP the kickbacks!
- Goals are to be kept locked.
- Clean up trash
Robinson - Games
- Unlock goals and place in proper location. Place locks and chains around the goals so they don’t get lost! Please use the KWIK Goal Leather Sand Satchels to anchor each goal. There should be at least 2-3 per goal. PLACE SATCHELS ON THE REAR SUPPORTS...NOT DIRECTLY BEHIND THE POSTS!!!
- Paint, liner and corner flags can be found in the shed.
- It is the responsibility of the BRYC team with the first game on the field to RELINE THE FIELD!!
- If you have the last game, goals are to be removed from field and locked.
- Corner flags AND Satchel Bags must be returned to the shed.
- Clean up trash
DO NOT LEAVE EMPTY PAINT CANS OR TRASH IN THE SHED! !!! KEEP THE SHEDS NEAT AND TIDY!!!
WAKEFIELD Turf – Practice and Games
- Nets and corner flags remain on the field at all times.
- Clean up Trash
PATRIOT PARK – Practice and Games
- Nets remain on the fields at all times.
- If corner flags are not present they are in the locked metal box (marked BAC) along the fence line near the small sided goals.
- Corner flags must be returned to the lock box (marked BAC) after the last game.
- Clean up Trash
OLD CREEK - Games
- Nets, flags and goal anchors will be left inside the locked goals (for set up).
- It is the responsibility of the BRYC team with the first game on the field to RELINE THE FIELD!!
- Goals are locked and must be moved into place (set-up) and locked back in place - chained to lamp post near parking lot (take down).
- MAKE SURE GOALS ARE ANCHORED!!!
- Clean up Trash
