Below is a list of procedures and policies that pertain to all of the BRYC travel fields.  These polices and procedures are to be followed to the letter!  A downloadable version of these can be accessed using the link on the left.

Woodson East - Practices

• The goals should be locked when you arrive for practice (unless the high school teams are finishing up) and you must lock them when finished each night.
• Chains and locks have been supplied -- be sure the goals are chained to the fence.
• There are 6 sandbags (80lbs each) for anchoring the goal while in use. Please remove the sandbags from the field when finished. GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED WITH SANDBAGS!!!

• Unlock the goals and place in proper location.  GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED.  There are six (80lb each) sandbags located by the shed.  Please use 3 bags per goal and place along the back bar.
• Corner flags are in the shed
• Return the flags to the shed and lock the goals to the fence if you have the last game.
• The lines will be updated during the week by the teams practicing.

• Do not move goals.  GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED.
• If you wish to use a net from the shed, please return it that night for weekend games.
• Clean up trash

• Use paint and liner from the shed
• Nets and flags can be found in shed. If you are the last game, please return them

• Each team will have a 40x40 grid to use unless there are less than 6 teams.
• Use only the kickbbacks during practice.  There are five small-sided and one full-sized kickback.  The full size kickback is to remain on the Field Hockey field.  The small-sided kickbacks are to remain on the small sided fields. 
• Kickbacks must be returned to their proper location at the end of each practice.  Small-sided kickbacks are stored next to the small sided goals.  Full-sized kickback is to be stored next to the white BRYC Shed.
• Goals are to be kept locked.
• Clean up trash

• Unlock goals and place in proper location.  Place locks and chains around the kickbacks so they don’t get lost!  Use the large 75LB sandbags to anchor.  There should be two per goal.  PLACE SANBAGS ON THE REAR SUPPORTS...NOT DIRECTLY BEHIND THE POSTS!!! SUPPORTS...NOT DIRECTLY BEHIND THE POSTS!!!
• Paint, liner and corner flags can be found in the shed.
• The lines will be updated by the teams practicing during the week.
• If you have the last game, goals are to be removed from field and locked. Sandbags must also be removed and place with goals.
• Corner flags must be returned to the shed.
• Clean up trash
