Below is a list of procedures and policies that pertain to all of the BRYC travel fields.  These polices and procedures are to be followed to the letter!  A downloadable version of these can be accessed using the link on the left.

Woodson East - Practices

• The goals should be locked when you arrive for practice (unless the high school teams are finishing up) and you must lock them when finished each night.
• Chains and locks have been supplied -- be sure the goals are chained to the fence.
• There are KWIK Goal Leather Sand Satchels for anchoring the goal while in use. Please return the satchels to the shed when finished. GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED WITH SATCHELS!!!.

• Unlock the goals and place in proper location.  GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED.  There are KWIK Goal Leather Sand Satchels for anchoring the goal while in use. Please return the satchels to the shed when finished. GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED WITH SATCHELS!!!.
• Corner flags are in the shed
• Return the flags and the satchel bags to the shed and lock the goals to the fence if you have the last game.
• It is the responsibility of the BRYC team with the first game on the field to RELINE THE FIELD!!

• Do not move goals. GOALS MUST BE ANCHORED.
• Clean up trash

• Each team will have a 40x40 grid to use unless there are less than 6 teams.
• Use only the kickbacks during practice.  Please ROTATE the location of the kickback during your training session. DO NOT SET KICKBACK IN ANY OF THE PENALTY AREAS.
• Kickbacks must be returned to their proper location at the end of each practice.  Kickbacks are stored next to the white BRYC Shed.    The last to return their kickback needs to LOCK UP the kickbacks!
• Goals are to be kept locked.
• Clean up trash

Robinson - Games

• Unlock goals and place in proper location. Place locks and chains around the goals so they don’t get lost!  Please use the KWIK Goal Leather Sand Satchels to anchor each goal. There should be at least 2-3 per goal.  PLACE SATCHELS ON THE REAR SUPPORTS...NOT DIRECTLY BEHIND THE POSTS!!!
• Paint, liner and corner flags can be found in the shed.
• It is the responsibility of the BRYC team with the first game on the field to RELINE THE FIELD!!
• If you have the last game, goals are to be removed from field and locked.
• Corner flags AND Satchel Bags must be returned to the shed.
• Clean up trash

• If you have set-up at either location, go to the Pine Ridge shed and take one liner and one case of paint with you. Return the liner to the shed asap. There are 4-5 liners in the shed. DO NOT TAKE PAINT FROM WOODSON / ROBINSON SHEDS.
• Nets and corner flags are at the fields. See attachment
• Clean up trash

• Nets and corner flags remain on the field at all times.

• Nets remain on the fields at all times.
• If corner flags are not present they are in the locked metal box (marked BAC) along the fence line near the small sided goals. 
• Corner flags must be returned to the lock box (marked BAC) after the last game.

• Nets and corner flags as well as paint and liner are stored at 5147 Portsmouth Road - email mshircliff@cox.net to arrange pickup.
• It is the responsibility of the BRYC team with the first game on the field to RELINE THE FIELD!!
• Goals are locked and must be moved into place (set-up) and locked back in place - chained to lamp post near parking lot (take down).  If you need combo...please email mshircliff@cox.net
