“Development before Results”
BRYC Elite is dedicated to the overall development of the individual players within our program. By focusing on the individual technical development of each player during their most important developmental years (6-13), we ensure that our players are ready to handle the technical and mental aspects of the game at older ages – when results begin to matter.
We employ a curriculum that focuses specifically on individual player development. We believe that the quality of our program is measured by the technical ability of our players, not the number of wins in a youth season. That being said, when age appropriate (ages 14 – 19), our coaches and trainers transition the focus from individual technique to tactics and begin to teach the importance of preparing to win, how to win and the mental focus needed to be successful on the playing field.
Our goal is to offer the highest level of Professional Training to our players. While we understand that 99% of the players that come through our system will not play professionally, we believe that it is our duty to ensure that every player in our system be trained so that they can reach their full potential as a player; whether that be College, Semi-Professional or Professional. By focusing on the technical development of players, during their most important developmental years (ages 6 – 13), we ensure that the player that has both the athletic ability and the desire to become a national team, professional or collegiate player does not fall behind his/her contemporaries.
