Player Development Curriculum

BRYC Elite has developed a curriculum and program that challenges each player to succeed at the highest levels. The program focuses on the four aspects each player must develop: technical, tactical, physical, and mental. The players face these considerations at every competitive opportunity, whether in training or in a game.

At the important development years (ages 6 -13), we train our players to achieve individual technical mastery and apply that technical mastery in an environment of pressure. We encourage players to express their 1v1 technical abilities freely so that our players do not develop a fear of failure, but rather, use their failures on the field as lessons in their development.

When age appropriate (ages 14 – 19), our curriculum shifts its focus to results driven performance. We teach players how to be physically committed to the game, and how to get results. More emphasis is placed on tactical awareness, increasing the players’ tactical speed (decision making under pressure), and adapting to changes in the match.
