Injury Prevention Fridays (Impact Fitness)
(effective April 3)

BRYC Travel Soccer is pleased to announce a unique program designed by Impact Fitness specifically tailored for our girls program to help decrease the likelihood of a non contact injury and improve performance.  The program being offered is a six (6) week program as outlined below.

April 3           6-7:30pm
April 17          6-7:30pm
April 24         6-7:30pm
May 1             6-7:00pm
May 8            6-7:00pm
May 15           6-7:00pm
 
The goals of the Injury Prevention Program are to (1) Correct mechanical flaws, (2) Increase neuromuscular control, and (3) Increase strength and performance.
 
Those players who participate in this program will need to fill out a release waiver (see left hand side) and bring to the first session.  
 
FYI - It is not a requirement to make all six (6) sessions.
